About The Founder
Fatima Zaidi is an international motivational and TEDx speaker, Leadership Strategist and Expert and the Founder of Project Instigate. She is the President-Elect for the Rotary Club of Chilliwack After Hours, Board Director of KPU Alumni Association, member of Chilliwack Mayor's Task Force on Inclusion, Diversity, and Accessibility (MTFIDA), Learning Specialists Association of Canada, and Mission Regional and Chilliwack Chambers of Commerce.
Fatima has spent 15,000+ hours providing leadership and community development services working for and in partnership with several non-profit agencies and education focused entities. Her portfolio includes spearheading national anti-bullying campaigns, facilitating leadership, and learning programs as well as support for new immigrants and refugees, facilitating youth and women’s empowerment programs, and advocating for inclusion, diversity, and community development. More recently, she has been working towards homeless prevention and poverty reduction.
Through her extensive portfolio, Fatima has developed expertise in policy and program development, and facilitation of results focused leadership programs. Through strategic consulting, masterminds, and group/team trainings, Fatima has created mentorship opportunities for entrepreneurs and leaders who want to maximize impact, deliver results, and instigate massive change by helping them strategize their next steps so they feel more empowered and less overwhelmed and be able to impact the world through their areas of expertise.
